chinese sweet sour sauce for GANMO 10th June 2022
がんもの甘酢あんかけやってみました。
がんもは400gのベルリンの硬めの木綿とうふで小さめに作って15-6個できました。(がんもレシピは一つ前の投稿に)
砂糖大3
醤油大2
酒大1.5
水80mlに片栗粉大1
米酢45ml
全て鍋に入れよくかき混ぜて火にかける、ふつふつしてとろみがついてきたらがんもを入れてよく絡める
ここにさらにケチャップ大1を入れるとまた美味しくなりました。
チンゲンサイをさっと茹でたものなど添えても良いかと思います。

I did Ganmo with sweet and sour sauce, Chinese style.
I used 400 grams of Berlin's organic hard cotton tofu for the smaller pieces and made 15-6 pieces.
(Ganmo's recipe is in the previous post)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons (tamari) soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons sake
1 large katakuriko (potato starch) in 80ml water, mix well
45ml rice vinegar
put all ingredients in a pot, and warm up with mid heat.
When the mixture is thickened, add Ganmo and mix well.
you can add 1 table spoon of ketchup, it is also very nice 😋
Please try it! it's goes well with rice. Eat some quick boiled pak choi together then perfect chinese meal.
