There's nothing like a nice cold pickles when it's hot!

Here is a recipe for sweet curry pickles that I recently made and enjoyed.

 

SWEET CURRY PICKLES 🥒recipe

Pickles (cucumber, courgette, cabbage, lettuce, fennel, yellow pepper, etc.)
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt, mix well, place on a weight and leave for a while.

Boil the jars in boiling water, dry them.

Squeeze the vegetables tightly with your hands and pack them tightly in the jar.

Put 1cup (160cc) of rice vinegar, 60g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of curry powder, ½ teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 small hot chilli and ½ teaspoon of salt in a saucepan.
Bring to the boil. mix well.

Pour the hot pickle liquid into jars.

Enjoy as a snack or as a healthy alternative to crisps.
You can adjust the hotness and the amount of spices to your taste!

最近作ってみて美味しかったカレー風味のピクルスのレシピです。

 

SWEET CURRY PICKLES 🥒recipe

やさい(キュウリ、ズッキーニ、キャベツ、レタス、フェンネル、黄色いパプリカなど)
を食べやすい大きさに切り塩を振ってよくまぜ軽く重石をしてしばらく置いておく

瓶を熱湯で煮沸消毒し乾かす

野菜を手で固く絞り、瓶にぎゅうぎゅう詰める

鍋に米酢1cup(160cc)、砂糖50-55g、カレー粉小1、ガラムマサラ小1/2、クミンシード小1、小さくて辛いチリ1、塩小1/2
を入れ火にかけ沸騰させよく混ぜる

瓶に熱いピクルス液を注ぐ

おやつ代わりにぽりぽり食べても。
辛さやスパイスの量はお好みに調節してください。
